To get the activation code for your software, go to the Order History section of your account (on the left), then click on the first order number in the list. You'll see a tiny link in the middle of the page that will let you download the ChemDraw 19.0. If you do not receive an email after you create the account, log in to the PerkinElmer account that you've just created.You can access it by using the Go menu in Finder while holding down the Alt key. On MacOS 10.7 and above the /Library Folder is hidden by default. This can be found inside your /Library folder.

Optionally drag the ChemDraw Plugin Pro icon to your Internet Plugins folder. Then, you can log in, and you should see a tiny link in the middle of the page that will let you download ChemDraw Professional 20. Drag the ChemOffice icon to the Applications folder.
